Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Red Bull Spect Eyewear is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
The following must be included in your package:
- Your name, return address, telephone number, a brief summary of the issue.
